The open-air museum Mary Hall as the oldest museum of its kind in Austria is in the midst of significant cultural heart of Carinthia. It houses farm house and Hofformen from various parts of the country, what an insight into the residential and economic way past possible. Besides the interesting houses give visitors the rural crafts in the so-called „industrial area“ to see. There are Flodermühlen, sawmill, cabbage and a lime kiln. A rural restaurant provides for the physical well-being of our guests. The tour of the Carinthian Open Air Museum is also an integrated nature trail, which the visitor with local plants and their habitats basics.
