In diesem Kleinanwesen war der Messner der Filialkirche St.Thomas in Niederdörfl wohnhaft. Wohnung, Stall, Speicher und Scheune werden unter ein Dach gebracht. Eine gewölbte Rauchküche mit offenem Herd und der Stubenofen bilden einen Teil der Einrichtung, allerdings den einzigen originalen Teil, weil die übrigen Räume zu einer Jausestation umgebaut wurde. Der Wirtschaftstrakt mit der Dreschtenne und Spiecherräumen im Obergeschoss schließt an den Wohnteil an.

The resident of this small property was the sexton of the parish church of St.Thomas in Niederdörfl. Lodging, stable, storehouse and barn were situated under one roof. A vaulted kitchen with an open stove and the parlour oven are part of the furniture, but the only original part, because the other rooms were converted to a snack bar. The working area with the threshing floor and storage spaces upstairs is connected to the residential part.

In questa piccola residenza abitava il sacrestano della chiesa S. Tomaso di Niederdörfl. L’appartamento, la stalla, il magazzino ed il fienile erano situati sotto il tetto. Una parte dell’arredamento è la cucina di fumo bombata con il forno aperto e la stufa del soggiorno. Questa parte però é l’unica parte originila perchè tutte le altre stanze venivano trasformate in una trattoria o area di servizio. La parte economica con il fienile ed i depositi nel piano superiore si attacca alla parte dell’appartamento.
